The International Collegiate Programming Contest is an algorithmic programming contest for college students. Teams of three, representing their university, work to solve the most real-world problems, fostering collaboration, creativity, innovation, and the ability to perform under pressure. Through training and contest, teams challenge each other to raise the bar on the possible. Quite simply, it is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious programming contest in the world.

- - Must be legible from 0.5 meters by someone with normal vision
- - Number of copies: Up to 3 identical sets allowed
- - First page: Must include team name and university name (counts toward the 25 pages)
- Format: All content must be typed (handwritten notes or prints of handwritten notes using Apple Pencil/S Pen are not allowed)
- - Page numbering: Every page must be numbered
- - Handwritten corrections: Allowed only on the first page (using pencil, pen, or Apple Pencil/S Pen)
- - Stationery: Ruler, protractor, compass, and other writing instruments must be submitted to the organizers on practice day
- Food
- - Only candies are permitted, and must be submitted to the organizers on practice day
- Mascots
- - Small mascot toys are allowed in the contest room
